Booked a room with a beautiful view and a great location, making it easy to access Book Passage.

The staff was very caring and provided me with a room that was nicely furnished and had a sink right next to the bed and a balcony.

It was a relaxing experience. I had breakfast in the patio.

Had comfortable and decent location in financial district, extremely close to Vaillancourt Fountain. Well-appointed and well-equipped rooms with balcony, a great view and sink in same area as bed, and caring personnel. Early check in and late check out.

Stayed for 1 night, this venue was ideal, fairly clean, with a marvelous and stunning location by the amazing food market, a nice coffee bar, and super-friendly and outstandingly friendly staff.

The room was tiny but well-organized, with a window facing a wall. The bed was soft and the shower had good water pressure. The staff was friendly and allowed me to keep my rented bike indoors. The location was great, close to the water and a stunning bridge.

Was recommended by friend whose office is in the area. We liked location,service people, resturant, ymca nearby,and parking.

Price for parking. We only took car our once in 4 days .Felt $40.00 per day was a little to much. Room was small and would have preferred sink in bathroom but view of bay and bridge made up for it.

It is very easy to reach to the hotel from anywhere in the city and from sfo airport. The room is beautiful, very very cozy and the bed is extremelly confortable. Staff is helpful. We just stayed for one night but had a great stay there.
